AI Networked Movement issue 4-26

Hey there, I am having an issue with AI movement. I’m using a listen server and my AI will only move if the local character is nearby. Otherwise the ai just stands there and does nothing even when the client character is their move to target. I thought maybe it was net relevancy but bAlwaysRelevant is toggled on. Any ideas on what this could be? It doesn’t happen with my friendly AI units. Just the enemies and I cant figure out the difference.
