AI Logic disabled when I am far/away


I am not sure how simple this is but I would like to ask how you guys handle having multiple actors/NPC’s in your games without it getting laggy?

I am aware of the “Max Distance Draw” but I am guessing this doesn’t really help with the ticking and the overall logic. Just the mesh. Is there a way to disable behaviour trees and logic while I am not near them?
