AI Guards arent moving at all, but will shoot at me

I am having a pretty major issue with guard spawners… for some reason whenever I place new guards, they don’t move at all when fighting me… they just stand completely still. They will crouch up and down, but that is it… even if I shockwave them or push them somehow, they just stay in the same place. Even if I place nav paths, they don’t use them.

I thought it might be 2 issues:

  1. too many guards… so I reduced the number of guards on the map down to 15 and that didn’t fix it.

  2. navmesh issue or the terrain they are on… I took a bunch of different floors (including ones that other guards walk on fine) and put them under the guard and nothing works.

I am using UEFN. This is for an aim training map so I definitely need my guards to be moving around. I have about 15 other guards on my map that move perfectly fine and shoot at me… but now any newly added guard spawner just creates guards that stand completely still, no matter the settings.
