AI doesn't work after packaging

In editor my AI with BT works normal, but in shipping game AI doesn’t do anything and when I approach it AI should hit the player, but then the game crashes with a fatal error

Is fast inventory a plugin? If so then you have to manually pack it from the plugins menu and put it in the packed project inside of the plugins folder (mirroring your project structure)

Or you need to manually add WBP_FastInventory_C

check if the instance of AIC_CommanderNaomori_C has the blackboard set in the level

Try adding an isValid node check before accessing the blackboard.

You can also try using a delay node on begin play to make sure the components are all loaded before accessing their variables.

I made a simple patrol in the character’s BP, but it still doesn’t work. I concluded that the problem isn’t in the BT, in the nav mesh bound volume.

In the editor everything is OK, but in the shipping game ai doesn’t works.
