As the title says: AI created 2D assets need to be stopped and kicked out of the marketplace!
Not only do they make finding an actually valuable 2D asset near impossible, but they’re also an insult to the intelligence of UE devs. Why would anyone purchase a “set of portraits” or icons, backgrounds etc. for 10 to 20 bucks, when you could easily just feed the prompt to Midjourney etc. and generate infinite and more unique assets yourself?
They are borderline scam and cause a hard to browse and never ending plethora of 2D trash in the marketplace.
Not to mention the legal insecurities that come with AI created “art”.
