This is still a work in progress as I am still using it to figure out different aspects of the engine since this is the first game engine I’ve worked in. So, if you have any suggestions about how I can improve elements, please feel free to do so!
The project’s original purpose was to help me figure out the terrain, terrain tools, and materials, but has since expanded into dynamic lighting, particles, and sequencer. My goal is to have a little cinematic clip when completed. In the meantime, I’ll try to add more screenshots if there is interest.
Terrain heightmap was created using WorldCreator
Textures were created through a combination of photo-textures ran through Bitmap2material and Photoshop
