After uploading a file to ‘Additional files,’ it disappears. I tried uploading other ZIPs, thinking it might be an issue with the archive itself. The result is the same. At some point, the files just stopped uploading; I see the upload process reach 1 percent, and then the file disappears. The problem started on 10/30/2024. Before that, everything uploaded just fine.

@dmitriyevOleg would you be able to share screenshots of what you see before, during, and after Additional Files upload?
Do you receive any sort of error message?
Finally, could you please share the listing ID for the product that you’re attempting to add the additional files to? It’s the alphanumeric string in the listing URL.
. I observe the upload process for about half a second, and then suddenly I see the page with the Additional Files description, but the file itself isn’t there.
If I keep this page open for about 3-5 minutes and don’t take any actions, an error pops up saying An Error occurred. I also want to clarify that this issue isn’t with a specific listing. I’ve already tried recreating listings. Could this be an error on my end?
Thanks for sharing that. Could you please try uploading the main product file(s) - looks like Unity or UE since you’ve selected ‘2D asset’ as your product type - before you upload the additional files and see if that changes anything?
Excuse me, can I clarify? How much does your archive weigh? Are there more than 999 files inside the archive?
I also faced a similar problem, they say that now there are restrictions on the number of files inside the archive. And there are also problems with large files.
I uploaded the main file. The error with the additional file is the same. However, this time I waited for the full upload cycle. It reached 100 percent, and the file disappeared; the ‘An error occurred’ message popped up immediately. The file size is 750 MB, and there are 900 files inside the archive. Here is the listing ID : 30ec504b-f6fa-4ccc-bd0f-dce87f560e01.
