Thank you for reaching out, we are aware of this issue though are seeking information on reproduction steps to best determine the cause of the issue and prevent it from occurring. If you would, please use the Contact Us button on the Twinmotion Community home page here to submit a Bug Report. If you recall any crashes, unusual behavior, or any other actions/steps you had taken before this occurrence please include this in the report. It will also be helpful to know the hardware and software specifications the issue occurs with.
In the meantime, the issue should be resolved by deleting the Config folder. Please note that this will reset changes made to Twinmotion's settings:
Windows OS:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Twinmotion202X\Config
macOS:
HD/Users/username/Documents/Twinmotion202X/Config
