After succesfull export to Twinmotion Cloud I cannot find the preview of exported project

I was working with my trial after some weeks and I found, that my exported projects are not visible in Twinmotion Cloud web page opened in TM.

Hi ,

Make sure that the account signed in for Twinmotion is the same account that is logged in on the Cloud Web Drive. Usually this happens when you have two different accounts signed in. If you sign into the account on the Web Drive that was signed in inside Twinmotion, you should see the Presentation.

Thank you very much for your answer. Yes, you was right. I found two different account. Now, I have to change the account on the Web Drive.

I am very sorry, but I have still the same problem. Both account information are the same. I reinstalled the program, but I cannot still to find previews of exported projects in Twinmotion Cloud.
