After Installation Facing Error "There is a problem with your graphics card"

Hi

After Installation when I am trying to launch Unreal It is showing Error “Unsupported Graphics Card”.

My Laptop Model: ASUS K53SM

Specifications
Processor: i5 2nd Generation
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 630M with 2GB
RAM: 4GB

Unreal Installer I am using: EpicInstaller-10.19.2-unrealEngine-2e40fb87da994d58847f2d046f8134a0.msi

Graphics Card driver installed is latest.

Please suggest if my laptop supports Unreal, if not supported can I use some older version of unreal which support this laptop.

Usually this error shows up when your GPU only support Shader Model 4.0 (which support of those GPU on Editor was dropped while ago), but that GPU support 5.0. Generally that was most minimal GPU requirement, so i don’t really understand whats going on.

I would check UE4 version before that happened (i forgot which exacly).

Also note that software see GPU only in way drivers present them so there also always possibility that there something wrong with your drivers

Any updates about this issue?
I’m using Lenovo Legion with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 So far, so good, but recently I got the same message and I didn’t reinstall any drivers before. Just in case I restarted my laptop. I didn’t get this message again yet. I was wondering what could be the root cause of this. I’m using UE 5.3. I also noticed that my laptop is very hot while I’m working especially with Control Rigs. Task manager on Windows 10 displays 60 degree for GPU

to keep the temperature down you can try using the editor with the lowest settings possible and set the maximum framerate to something low like 30fps

use this command in the console

t.maxfps 30
