After I changed the email address on my account, Quixel Megascan issue

After I changed the email address on my account, my purchases of Quixel Megascans disappeared.
I want to roll back my account or restore my previous purchases. Could you please let me know where I should contact for this, or if there is any way to resolve this issue?
