After changing the bound email, all assets in the purchased list on Quixel Megascans are no longer displayed

Hello, this is my feedback.

The Quixel Megascans assets I have claimed in 2024.

After changing the bound email, when I logged in today, all assets in the purchased list on Quixel Megascans are no longer displayed.

Although I can manually download them one by one by jumping to the fab.com web page, I prefer to use the Quixel Bridge client because this software is more convenient and can directly bridge to applications like Cinema 4D ( Like the first image below )

Hi @ep33os2, Please contact Quixel support for assistance using this web form. They should be able to retrieve the assets on Bridge by updating your email address on the Quixel side.
