Check if the animations have root motion and turn it off if they do. (you might need to re-export them “in-place”)
It looks like your movement is overlaying with movement from the animation.
This usually happens when blend settings or pose offsets mismatch. Check your blend weights, slot setup, and ensure both animations share compatible poses
