Aerodynamics / airflow physics, does unreal do this?

hi all, rather new to unreal - just wondering if there is a sort of “airflow” air resistance simulation in unreal’s physics system?

IE: dropping a ball falls down strait, but if it was in the shape of a flat rectangle type shape, it might tumble as airflow dragged on it’s irregular shape, does that exist within unreal physics simulation?

nope.
some guys did this for project borealis a while back but thats the extent of it.
you can fake it with some clever math but you seem to be interested in the real deal…
