You could start by posting an Unpaid/Royalty posting in the job offers section. If you have Friends who are into game creation, you could try getting them to work with you. I’ve got my best friend who I’m in the early stages of planning to get something to work.
If your idea is interesting/cool/exciting enough you’ll be able to start attracting people to work with you on it.
