Advice needed on learning path

I am learning Unreal for the purpose of training people on machine maintenance. For example they would have an error and they zoom in and see how to fix a part of the machine. Not really a game or film. I’ve already modeled everything in Maya. Any suggestions on some tutorials focused on this? Thanks.

Or more of a virtual scene where you can just demonstrate the proper fix in a 3D environment?
