Advanced Steam Session - Cannot package the project

Hello, I have tried to make an advanced steam sessions but it DOES NOT show the steam overlay in the bottom right corner, also IT CANNOT PACKAGE IT. The Multiplayer WORKS, but I cannot package it

problem solved, I had to install Visual Studio Build Tools besides Visual Studio 2019(which I already had)
