I have been contacting Epic Games customer service directly since August 2024, but my problem is not being noticed there.
I have been able to log in with my email address and password for my main account since August, but I have not received a security code sent to my email address.
I have already contacted customer service and written several emails. They always say that the problem is being passed on to the internal team.
I have never received a response from them, however. The normal customer service offered to change my email address. I declined because I had already tried this change process, but I did not receive a security code for other email addresses either. It looks to me as if something is blocked on the outgoing mail server at Epic Games.
But I am not receiving any replies to my second account from the internal team either. The ticket has now even been closed. I am really annoyed that the support is so bad and no one is dealing with the problem.
Can one of the administrators or moderators of this forum help me and put me in touch with the technical service?
