I wait for updates who come in the epic launcher, but no one come, now I see this topic and it´s version number, I think, what the ****? where are my ****ing updates?
exited 10 times the launcher but nothing happens…

Now I got in this Thread and I know why I´m waiting for nothing…

Why I have installed the Epic Launcher when I must update manually like a few months ago, when I have downloaded the DevKit over Steam?

Another question:
Do I everytime need to update the DevKit manually, if I have clicked “Verify” ?

No, you can either download manually or wait for epic to update the launcher.
