Redownloaded and restarted computer to experience a very similar if not same issue. I’m also very confused about the
as H: is an empty BDROM-Drive… and the Ark Kit is installed under F:\ARKDevKit. I have no idea what to do.
Sincerely,
Zyr

UPDATE: In an ark-unrelated game it was brought to my attention that I probably should update my graphics driver. This isn’t my main machine for gaming, so I hadn’t immediately thought about that. Now the issue has vanished and the Ark Dev Kit starts without issue.
