Adjusting Camera View Rect From Blueprint

Hi All,
How Can we change the Camera ViewRect property so that it will render only to half of screen. Coming from Unity this can be achieved with setting the Viewport Rect in the Camera Properties. how can we achieve the same in Unreal Using Blueprint.

It is very frustrating to build nontraditional games in UE4 because it is lacking many features compared to unity, specially in camera. It seems like epic has done nothing to improve that so far.
