Addons similar to "Free Perlin Noise" or how to achieve without an addon

I’m looking for a way to do pretty much exactly what “Free Perlin Noise” does.

Unfortunately, this addon hasn’t been made available for UE4.27 or UE5.

Is there a way to achieve the same results? Thanks.

Finally got this sorted for all versions to date, so for anyone else who needs this in the future I have made a Dropbox and uploaded the re-compiled file here:

Just put the contained file “Perlin Noise” in a folder called marketplace in your plugins folder. then it will act like any other plugin.
