I moved my project from 4.10 (all working fine) to 4.11 and my character stoped moving (AddMovementInput not working)
Is this a bug or i need to do some changes in blueprint?

No, i can’t reproduce. it works on clean projects.
Would it be possible for you to provide the project that is having this issue so that I could take a closer look? You could do this by zipping down you project and providing it via drop box or google drive.

I found the issue. The Character Movement Component has an option (Auto Activate) in Details panel - Activation
I had this option disabled, so in 4.11 my character isn’t activated.
Looks like in 4.10 this option is ignored.
