Additive animations breaking arms

I am using the ‘Interaction system’ blueprint for the base of well, the interaction system in this project I’m working on. I made ‘animation’ through the anim montage. I have it set up where if the raycast detects a interaction system blueprint/mesh, it plays the animations; however it would stop the player. I have since sorta fixed this, however know the models arms go all broken. Any fix would be highly appreciated.
Furthmore, how could I make it so while holding the object, the user has to hold the ‘interact’ input; upon releasing, ends the animation.
