Adding marketplace content to project doesn't work

I have just purchased two items from the marketplace, however when I click Add to project and select a project, nothing happens.

The only thing I can add is the free Open World Demo collection I added a while ago.

Any ideas?

I also have this issue on 4.16.2 with the music asset pack called “Chiptune Layers”.

What could be causing this?

Same here with Mini Game Sound Effects in Sound Effects - UE Marketplace

i think i will ask for a refund if i cant use what i purchased i cant find any solution to fix this this (others content from marketplace work fine)
