Adding Destructible Damage at location?

I’m shooting projectiles to destructable meshes. They are flying around but aren’t fracturing. I’ve tested with RadialForceActor and it causes destructible mesh to fracture when applying destructible damage. But how to add destructible damage at location when projectile hits target?

I think you have to get nvidea’s destructible mesh tool as a standalone app or the plugin for 3ds max/maya to do that, there was a trhread asking about it not that long ago that wouldn’t be too hard to find.
