Adding bones from skeleton to skeletal mesh?

Hello,

I did a rough rig to a mesh in blender and exported to UE5.5, once there I added some custom bones for cloth and whatnot. I then noticed a problem with my mesh and tried fix it then reimport. The bones in the reimported mesh are now different than the ones in the UE skeleton. I’m getting the bone exists only on the skeleton, not on the current mesh. How would I go about transferring the skeleton bones to the skeletal mesh?

Following other cases thorough the community, Blender and Unreal do have a tendency to clash with each other in different scenarios.
