There is something i want to give feedback in the EGS Store , In the Report Feature in the Game Page , There is some options there to report , Most are straightForward and Direct so no Unput Text is required , but one of the Important options which is " Broken " is the one option that needs the user input in it , because it will detail which part of the game is Broken , that will help the developer identify the problem that the user faces and it will accelerate the process of Fixing it , meanwhile a vague " Broken " report will make the developer wonder what exactly is broken in their game , and you can restrict the Custom Text to only owners of the game
