When I add the plugin folder i downloaded to to the plugins folder in UE4 it doesn’t show up in Edit>Plugins
How can I add them.
try going on your projects folder it can be in documents/unreal engine 4/projects .then create a plugin folder and copy your plugin in that folder
may be then you will find it in edit/plugin
It still doesn’t work here are screenshots (look at the folder path) the folder is in the engine and project
sometime plugins make their own folder in ue4 so go in edit/plugins try checking every folder like 2d,animation,Input etc.

sorry but i cann’t spend money on that but you can try going in epic game launcher and below your engine version you will find a option install plugins.
