Adding 3rd Party Library Cyclone DDS to Unreal Engine 5 NEED HELP

I’m trying to get integrate CycloneDDS into Unreal Engine so we can get information from vehicles and translate it into the Unreal.

We have been trying for months to get CycloneDDS to become a module in our group (or even a plugin we don’t care as long as we can send and receive information from the library)

What we think is the problem is that Unreal and CycloneDDS has different compilers, so some data types aren’t being recognized, like the string data types dont match, etc.

I’m wondering if there is anyone that was able to connect the two, and if so how, OR if there is a master of adding 3rd party libraries to Unreal Engine, can you please help us. We will pay money if need be, this part of the project is mission critical.
