Added video texture results in choppy/jittery output

I've been having this issue on my file regardless of input video quality or shape of 3d object. Any tips or suggestions?

usually this happens (in real world) due to different frame rates...ie 30fps for Twinmotion and perhaps the video texture is a different framerate?

don't know if it happens in 3d world, but maybe make sure both fps is the same.
