Howdy,
I added a point light to my BP, and none of the light’s parameters for things like radius, color and so forth appear in the details panel. What am I doing wrong?

Next time when asking for help you should try to post some screenshots or video of the problem your having to help others troubleshoot it.
Make sure that you are looking in the Details panel and not in the World Settings. Also ensure that your components on the Details Panel are not collapsed and are visible.
This should be your result.
Point taken. My mistake was that I grabbed a light out of the modes panel, and that added a class not the light actor.
