Add to project doesn't do anything - Affordable Landscapes 2

Hi,

I bought the pack Affordable Landscapes 2 and the launcher says " Add to project " when choosing a project, or a new project it does not do anything at all. The browser says " Download " but when clicking that it jumps into Add to Project on the launcher, it’s not allowing me to download, and neither is it adding to a project.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I contacted the creator of this pack and he said it has nothing to do with the package and looks like a launcher problem, however I re-installed the launcher aswell with no effect.

The pack does not appear in VaultCache either (since it wont even let me download it).

I have already mentioned this in Creator’s Hub for marketplace staff to have a look at the issue since sellers have no control over their own files and it’s integration with UE4 Launcher.

@Maximum-Dev is correct in that we have no control over this. I’ve noticed an increase in buyers claiming inability to download files from the launcher after purchase lately. I myself ran into this issue a few weeks ago when I purchased a product. It was resolved when I restarted the launcher, though that doesn’t seem to be working for you. In addition to Alirezas post in the private section, you should probably get in contact with marketplace-support@unrealengine.com to let them know there’s a problem with downloading assets via the launcher.

Deleting the SwarmCache folder (…\4.17\Saved\Swarm\SwarmCache) and rebuilding lighting worked for me.

This issue occurred due to a typo that was made when we entered the information for this last week. If users attempt to download again, things should be working normally. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
