Add Scorm Tracking to projects to use in Learning Management systems?

I want to create some levels that can be uploaded to an LMS system to track users progress and completion of a level, either through completion of tasks in a level or answers questions etc.
Is there a plugin or other option to add SCORM tracking and export as a html package as we do for our learning content?
