Add police vehicles & IO props

Not sure if this is the right place to ask so please tell me if it isn’t.

Will police & SWAT vehicles be added back to the game? What about some other IO elements like the ones in the image? I know that probably police cars won’t be back but the spikes and barricades from the IO look really good and I can’t find them anywhere.
