Add objective device as User Interface View Model

Hello!

I’ve been wondering when we would get the objective device as view bindings?

Right now objective device allows to set a custom widget for it, but it does not make much sense for that to exist when we cannot manipulate it through Widgets.

It would be nice to create beacons with custom designs as well as setting how damage numbers, location, and fill rate are displayed. Without view bindings, customization can’t be done - and since it is a physical item (not UI), it also can’t be written through Verse.
