Add Node with a Float value?

Hello, how would I add a Float value into an Add node like this example?

Hey @Sean3Dmonkey!

Assuming you want to be able to add more things together at once, you use the “+ Add Pin” button there!

Or do you mean something like adding a drop-down to a node?

From your picture, it looks like you are in some sort of animation-related blueprint. It is possible that that is some sort of special node that is only available in that one kind of blueprint.

@Detach789 is right, this is a node exclusive to Materials. However, you can still do what you’re asking, as long as it isn’t adding a drop-down for the variable.

Hello all, I’m new to blueprints. Yes this is in an animation blueprint…It is in a Control Rig blueprint.

If this is a exclusive node to materials, how would I find this special “Add” node when I do a search?

When I saw the green capsule icon and the “Scale U offset,” I thought this was an Add node with a float variable in it. I was wondering how the green capsule icon and the "Scale U Offset, was plugged into the Add node?
