Add force on character from itself (closed system)

Good day!

I have my physics simulated character and I can successfully add forces on its bones.
BUT if I add too large force, my character is flying away.
I understand that forces usually work from environment. And this is not exactly what I want.
You know you can’t raise yourself just by pull your hair - the force applied will be in closed system (your body). Is it possible to implement such mechanics in ue project?
