Add collision mesh (UCX) to existing static mesh with out re-importing

Looking for a way to import a collision mesh into an existing static mesh without having to re-import the entire mesh (like import LOD). Is it possible if so how?

Would like to make sure that I am not changing anything with my export settings as I was not the original author, and am using a different 3d app and would like to minimize the risk if accidentally changing what is there at the moment.

Iā€™m not aware of any methods for importing custom collision without reimporting the mesh. You would have to export, modify it in your preferred modeling package, and then reimport.
