Add button greyed out in library

Hi folks. I’m trying to install Unreal Engine but when I go to library in the launcher, in “Engine Versions” the add button is greyed out and can’t install anything.

Any idea on how to solve this? Thank you very much.

What happens when you click the big yellow button in the top right that says ‘install engine’

I was having the same issue, it’s because there’s no compatible engine version installed.
