Hey there @2DNED! There’s a couple ways to go about this, but often one sound following the spline being as close to the player as possible is a simple enough method without forcing you to have and manage multiple sounds. This tutorial gives a basic idea of what I’m recommending:

I think i solved or a solution, if i change the audio shape to a large BOX shape, i can lay it a little bit above the water height so sound doesn’t travel to far away from water.
