I wanted to suggest the addition of a Crash Rate graphic to the Creator Portal if possible. Crashes are very rare, but they can occur due to feature additions or changes by Epic, or due to memory bloat by the creator’s part. And they can diminish a player’s perception of both the game and the platform.
Recently, there have been reports of crashes with Disguise Devices that has been difficult to reproduce. However, we wouldn’t have heard of this issue at all if we didn’t have a direct contact line to our players.
Creators without a social media presence, I believe, would really appreciate the addition of some indication that their players may be crashing — when, where, and how often.
When could imply RAM issues, where could imply the presence of a particular device or line of Verse, and how often could indicate if the issue lies with the platform or the creator.
Then, they can use that information to deploy actionable fixes and diagnosis.
