Actors that are destroyed remaining destroyed after save and reload

How come no tutorials or live training or something on actors that are destroyed , remain destroyed or hidden after a save and load. I’ve seen some talk about using Ftags and containers or giving them a unique ID , but i dont know how to do these things , where to put them or how to implement them. Youd think this would be important feature for many people.

I am using this type of setup to save and load, the arrays save , but actors do not stay destroyed after reloading.

So did Epic set up a tutorial on this yet? LOL
