Actors missing in certain cameras

Hi!

In a specific level I’m working on, when rendering a sequence, many actors just aren’t there. I’m talking quite a few buildings and most - but not all - of the non-pcg foliage.

I don’t think it’s my render settings - I believe it’s linked to the cameras I use, because when I play the level in the viewport, the problem appears. It’s not just post-render, and it’s not as bad in every camera; everything loads properly when I play the level using the default camera.

Does anyone know which camera or sequence settings I should look at to correct the situation?

Hi @GAGDAV,

Can you try adjusting your scalability settings to Cinematic when you’re seeing the issue in-level? Does this fix the issue?

If this does, that means your cull distances are the problem, as the Cinematic scalability automatically raises the ceiling for all cull distances.

If this does not solve your problem, then let me know and we can keep looking into it.

Thanks for your help!

Scalability wasn’t the issue, but digging around to try it out made me realise the problem; it was simply a world partition issue. By disabling streaming, the problem pretty much fixed itself!
