Actors Jiggling and Dancing without interaction

I will describe the problem so the people that search can see keywords.
The actors are Jiggling without my interaction, only happens when I put in the animation in the Sequencer timeline, bound to the body. (I am using a retargeted animation bought off the market, one of the bigger animation packs)
I reckon it might be something to do with the skeleton from the metahuman being bound to a skeleton of the clothes, there could be some collision there, but I can’t find what it’s it about.

The models bugging out like this is quite distracting to work with. Especially when it comes to keyframe animation. (When the animation plays, all runs smooth with no issues)

I have found a solution for anyone looking.
