ACtors in sequencer not moving in final render

Hi guys so i’ve been making a scene in the city sample project, adding 3 vehicles through the city. However in the final render, as shown in the link, they start glitching out. Most of the time they are just stationary the whol render but this one they just glitch in. For some reason when I move to very specific parts of the the city sample world and re-record it works however it means i limited to my scenery.

I was thinking It may be due to lag as it seems to work better in areas where there is less to render, eg not the overpass like in the video. I also thought it may be the sequence name called “Nuke” but that’s not it. I also found some articles online saying that it may be because my actors are blueprints and aren’t recognized in the sequencer but my scene works fine in other projects.

Im very new to unreal so please explain in simple terms would be appreciated.
