Actor greyed out in Outliner (World Partition)

I was trying to work on checking multiple overlaps and so I took an blueprinted actor that was defined in C++, and started doing Alt+Click to duplicate it.
now the ones that I duplicated are inaccessible in the Outliner, and invisible in the Editor (only showing up on PIE)

I found a previous thread but that was a result of level streaming locks.

I cannot follow that solution because selecting Windows->Levels is disallowed because of World Partition.

You can right click the greyed out entries in the outliner and pin them or click the pin icon on the actor.

You can also go into world partition and forcefully load an area.
