Same here! Cannot find a way to report my age. As for support, I get a Spanish page when I click on the url.

Same issue. No place to input age. Also completely would have missed this post if I wasn’t lurking on the forums…

OK i checked it out and it says:

minorStatus : “SUSPECTED” => “NOT_MINOR”

So it means i am not a “minor” right?
(i hope there is no personal info in this, if there is please do tell me)

I guess this will do for now. If you have any confusion, better to write it to Epic.

I just spoke with someone from the Support department and in my case, the reply was a bit different. They said there’s no way to set your age and that we’ll get a pop-up at a certain point, probably depending on how they roll out this feature.

can you give more info where this Epic ‘Account Settings’ and download ‘Account Information’ is?

the interface of this website is still a mess.

edit: I found it is in the “other” part of the websites where the game store is.
