Not sure if this is a bug or a new setting that i havent found yet either way i cant seem to find action mapping (its supposed to be above axis mapping). Searching action mapping in project settings gives me the following result - Screenshot - 9771aefcfe335b04c5933ad187dc5374 - Gyazo

The Action & Axis Mapping settings should still be under Project Settings > Engine > Input. Searching for these settings shows where the settings to change are located.
