acquiring licence during processing

During Texturing or alignment, or any typical task which involves leaving the work desk for periods of time i have encountered over 5 times now where i have come back a couple of hours or more later only for it to have paused processing by asking for licence credentials again although i am clearly logged in. 

This is very frustrating on long processing planning during the day. i have wasted a lot of hours not seeing the “acquiring licence prompt” and having to sign in again.

i assume this is a bug since the last PPI update

for clarity i am on a paid licence.

anyone else having this issue?

Please send us your license type information and the invoice number from https://www.capturingreality.com/my.invoices to support@capturingreality.com also, shortly describe the issue.

Your problems may also occur when the activation  period of the license is over. To prevent this, choose a longer activation period when acquiring a license.
